• Daily/Nightly Reservations. Reserve online as many nights as you would like, but no Saturday check-outs. Cancellation 14 days prior to beginning of your stay for a full refund less 3.5% transaction fee.  Less than 14 days and one nights stay will be retained along with a 3.5% transaction fee.  No refunds on no call, no show.

• Weekly, monthly, and annual reservations must be paid in full in advance. No refunds on advance payments.

• 5th Wheel Rentals require full payment at time of reservation. Minimum 3 nights, but no Saturday check-outs. Cancellation at least 30 days in advance to receive full refund less $25 processing fee.  No refund after cancellation deadline, however, we will hold a credit with at least 14 days notice. $35 Cleaning fee required OR $60 if bringing well mannered pets (max 2).

• Rustic/Primitive/Tent Sites -- big sites, but no water, electric, or sewer.  No generators.

• Holiday and Special Event Weekends require a minimum of 3-nights stay, no Saturday check-outs. No refunds on advance payments.
